Anta Sports Products Limited (GFB: 2020) is a Chinese industrial company located in Jinjiang. Founded in 1994. The company's activities include the design, development, production and marketing of sportswear, footwear and accessories under its own brand.

ANTA Group was founded in 1991 and officially launched the ANTA brand in 1994. Anta Sports was founded by Ding Shizhong in order to improve the financial situation of his family. In 2008, the Olympic Committee provided Anta with an opportunity to expand its business and promote the company's sports shoes during the Beijing Summer Olympics.

In 2007, Anta Sports went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an initial public offering of HK$5.28 per share. In 2009, the company acquired the Fila trademark from Belle International. Since the acquisition of the Fila brand, the company has been doing business in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. The company also owns Descente and Sprandi stores in China, as well as Kolon Sport and Kingkow in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. In December 2018, investors Anta Sports, FountainVest Partners, Anamered Investments and Tencent announced a voluntary recommended public tender for all issued and outstanding shares of Amer Sports Corporation. In 2019, Anta Sports acquired Amer Sports.

In October 2019, in response to a tweet by a Houston Rockets spokesperson in support of free speech in connection with the 2019 Hong Kong protests, Anta Sports announced a boycott of the NBA, thereby declaring its support for the actions of the Chinese authorities.

Anta has been an official partner of the IOC since 2019.
