Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC dates back to 1 January 1988 as Kirkontora of Zhilsotsbank of the USSR, on the basis of which the Bank was founded on 6 November 1990 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic as Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan. In 2005, the Bank was reorganized into AKB Kyrgyzstan OJSC, and from 20 November 2006, the Bank has the present name Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC, which operates on the basis of a license for the right to conduct banking operations of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 014.
Today in all regions of Kyrgyzstan there are more than 100 branches, 187 ATMs and more than 900 terminals servicing payment cards Visa, Zolotaya Korona, MasterCard and Elkart, 8 systems of international money transfers with access to almost all countries of the world.
